| Abstract | Regional stock markets appear to be a mixed bag in the coming year. There are both bulls and bears for many of the bourses. The star performers are expected to be Hong Kong, Singapore and probably Japan. The losers? India and China. At the same time, a number of analysts are suggesting punters in the mood for a long-term bet should gamble on the odd-man out - Taipei, the worse-performing and one of the most under-valued regional stock markets last year. |
