| Abstract | The new problem children in Hong Kong do not run away from home, but you will rarely find them there. They are the new breed of street kids - hanging out in groups on the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, catching up on sleep in all-night fast-food outlets, and keeping in touch with their parents by pager. They are as young as nine years old and social workers call them "driftaways." |
