| Abstract | For three years now, Philippe Starck has been working on the Peninsula Hotel rooftop restaurant, "a veree long time," confesses the man who is known for designing in seconds. 'Felix', so named in honour of the Peninsula's former General Manager, is scheduled to open at the end of November, so Starck was recently in town to check out construction progress. Hinge went to meet him to find out more about the project and the Hong Kong experience a la Starck. |
