| Abstract | A new sense of community and athletic life is in the making in the Hong Kong Sports Institute Athletes' Hostel. Following the restructuring and renaming of the Athlete Education and Development Department, now the Athlete Affairs Department, the management of the Hostel is adopting changes that aim at building a well-rounded life for elite athletes. According to Amy Chan, the newly appointed Athlete Affairs Manager, major differences between the revamped Hostel and its previous status will be an expansion in space and improved communication. |
