| Abstract | The cream of the cream at the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) have been rewarded for their performances during 1995. A Best Athlete Award was presented for each of the 20 sports supported by the HKSI in 1995 at the Eighth Scholarship Scheme Award Presentation on 9 February 1996 and was seen by many athletes as a confidence-booster in an Olympic year. |
