The 4 hectare site, between Kowloon Canton Railway and the Lam Tsuen River, was leased subject to the standard regulations but with certain special conditions added to reduce impact of the railway ad neighbouring Tolo highway on the dwellings, both of which give the developmet easy access to Hong Kong and Shenzhen. |
