| Abstract | Disused pig farms in the New Territories are being turned into dog farms and sites for dog fighting. In separate cases only two weeks apart, the RSPCA was called last year to two abandoned dog farms where dogs had been found dead or dying. Inspectors described conditions as some of the worst they had seen. |
