| Abstract | On March 3, 1995 - before the license deadline, the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police raided 7 of the 8 ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Hong Kong, resulting in thousands of users being cut off from the Internet. According to the police's warrant, the raid targeted companies operating a telecommunications service without the license. |
