| Abstract | The greatest things about the Internet are its openness, accessibility and its low cost of use. The worst things about the Internet are the lack of security and reliability. Users are warned that important data should be kept at an arm's length from the Internet. To investigate this, the author has visited four large corporations in Hong Kong and interviewed their senior information technology (IT) management to find out what their views and major concerns are about the Internet. |
