| Abstract | The Lands Department is seeking another site to offer to the four developers holding most of the outstanding Letter B Land Exchange Certificates after it became apparent that the four would not work together. The adjustment could still earn the Government an extra $1 billion from sales of other sites previously earmarked for Letter B transactions. |
