| Abstract | The St. John Council is now preparing for its future as an independent entity, with no official links with the London office after 1997. With this in mind, and the realisation that the Council's 1460 sq m site at 2 Macdonnell Road could be better exploited, the decision was taken to build a high-rise facility, incorporating not only the organisation's administrative departments but also accommodation and function rooms. |
