| Abstract | At first glance, Li & Fung would seem to offer little to investors except a great deal of downside risk. The company does one-third of its sourcing in China, and sells more than 75 per cent of its produts to the US. The touchy trade relationship between Beijing and Washington makes one very compelling reason not to touch this stock: and yet, a number of Hong Kong investment houses rate it a buy. |
