| Abstract | Asia On-line, one of Hongkong's biggest Internet service providers, may take legal action over the Commercial Crime Bureau raids last month that cut off an estimated 10,000 subscribers from accessing the so-called information superhighway for one week. The company is also considering scaling down investment in Hongkong unless there is a clearly defined government information policy, says Asia On-line chairman Philip Wong. |
