| Abstract | Beijing New World centre is the latest mammoth mixed-use complex to be launched in the capital. Occupying an entire block of Chongwenmen Wai Street, the 200,000 sq m complex will contain two office towers, a block of service apartments and a 300-room hotel, all on top of a five-storey, 70,000 sq m shopping arcade. The mid-rise complex was designed by Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects. |
