| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission announced that Shun Lee Bullion Co Ltd withdrew its application for licence as a leveraged foreign exchange trader on 3 August 1995. A total of 15 representatives previously accredited to Shun Lee have also withdrawn their applications. Shun Lee has confirmed that all clients' foreign exchange positions have been liquidated and no clients' deposits are being held by the Company. |
