| Abstract | The SFC announced the approval of an application for license as Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trader from Ming Fung Company Ltd. Ming Fung is a non-discretionary trader with 36 licenced representatives.Taking this licence approval into account, a total of 28 licence applications from businesses (including two introducing agents) and 865 representatives' applications have been approved since the Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Ordinance came into effect. Four applications have been withdrawn to date. |
