| Abstract | The new Beijing headquarters of the People's Construction Bank of China is currently at ground level, and should be completed by May, 1997. The project, the Beijing Xinda Financial Centre, is being financed by the bank, with Paul Y-ITC as project manager. In addition to the bank's offices, it will house conference facilities and a financial centre. It is situated in the financial district of the city, within the second ring road. |
