| Abstract | Undoubtedly, we cannot allow Han Dongfang to stay in Hongkong after the lapse of his allowed length of stay simply because he once possessed a passport. In fact, Han does not have any passport or nationality as his passport was withdrawn by the Chinese Government. I wonder on what grounds the Immigration Department is allowing Han to stay in Hongkong? |
