| Abstract | Following the Territorial Development Strategy, the West Kowloon Reclamation has been completed and the Central and Wanchai Reclamations are progressing. The adverse impact of these reclamations are causing public concern. In response to this, the Town Planning Board last year requested and was provided with a plan showing the full extent of the proposed reclamations and which is now annexed to this paper. |
