| Abstract | Over the third quarter of 1994, no major retail arcade was completed. By the end of the year, approximately 248,000 square feet of retail space attributed to Lee Theatre Plaza at Percival Street will be completed. In 1995, the refurbished retail podium of the World Trade Centre at Gloucester Road (151,000 square feet) will come onto the market, followed by the Lee Garden Redevelopment (183,000 square feet) at Hysan Road in 1996. |
