| Abstract | There was no major retail space completed in the district over last quarter. The refurbishment work of the Paterson Plaza and Pearl City restaurant at Causeway Bay is ongoing. The refurbished centre, newly named Pearl City, would introduce approximately 60,000 square feet new retail space in early 1995. In addition, major retail supply in 1995 includes the 1/F of Park Lane Hotel (40,000 square feet), Lee Theatre Plaza in Percinal Street(248,000 square feet) and World Trade Centre in Gloucester Road (151,000 square feet). |
