| Abstract | Although no Grade A office space was completed during the quarter , 31,100 square meters will be completed over the remainder of the year, including CVIK Place which will provide 16,700 square meters. The low supply scenario which has previously characterised the market will change dramatically in 1995 and 1996, with more than 600,000 square meters scheduled for completion. This will represent a four-fold increase in Beijing's current stock of Grade A office space. |
