AbstractHong Kong's consumers are becoming ever more conscious of the state of their surroundings and it is starting to reflect in what they buy. Environmental awareness is actually starting to mean something in Hong Kong, it is starting to mean money. Recent research from the City University of Hong Kong has revealed that the public are not only talking about the state of the environment, they are using their power as consumers to do something about it.
