Abstract | If you are one of Hong Kong's 100,000 trading companies, two key government documents, the Restrained Textiles Export Licence (RTEL), needed for exports to countries with quotas, and the Trade Declaration (TD), known elsewhere as a customs declaration, can be submitted electronically by 1996. By 1999, EDI may be compulsory for RTEL returns, and by 2001, for TDs. |
