| Abstract | This was an appeal by Henderson Real Estate Agency Limited against a refusal of planning permission for a proposed development at Nam Sang Wai and Lut Chau. The Appeal Board allowed the appeal (with one dissenting) with Planning Conditions imposed. This article discusses the legal precedents set by the decision and its possible conflicts with the RAMSAR convention. |
