| Abstract | By the middle of next year the Chinese Nationalist settlement in Rennie's Mill will cease to exist. The destruction of this close-knit community causes a great deal of concern to the RSPCA. An estimated one third of the families in Rennie's Mill are dog owners, but animals are not allowed in governemnt housing under any circumstances. When the remaining residents finally move from Rennie's Mill the fate of their dogs is uncertain. |
