| Abstract | The Financial Secretary of Hong Kong (HK) announced on 1 March the Budget for 1995-96 and the Medium Range Forecast for 1994/95 to 1998/99 (1995 MRF). It can be found from this MRF that the fiscal reserve forecasts for every forecast period have been adjusted upward from those in the Budget for 1994-95 and the MRF for 1993/94 to 1997/98 (1994 MRF) announced last March. |
