| Abstract | The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers has formed a task force to call on companies to donate used PCs to China's schools. Once collected in Hong Kong, the PCs are given technical maintenance before being dispatched to primary and secondary schools in China which are in need of computers. With strict supervision imposed on all parties, these PCs can be assured solely for educational purposes only. |
