Sooner or later, this fiercely competitive market will receive another 10 brave wireless warriors, since the Telecommunications Authority of Hong Kong (TA) has decided to issue up to six personal communications services (PCS) licences and up to four cordless access services (CAS) licences in the 1.7 - 2.0 GHz bands by inviting proposals. |
