| Abstract | The accountancy profession world wide provides more career opportunities for women than most others. However, as in many areas the "glass ceiling" effect, in which women undertake responsible posts within organisations but seldom penetrate to the board-room or partners' dining room, seem to apply. Hong Kong is no exception. Heads of various accounting firms and accounting academics are invited to give their view points. |
