| Abstract | In Hong Kong most of the big accountancy firms provide training (on-the-job, lecture and workshop form) for all their professional staff across the board, from trainees to partners. They also sponsor staff to attend seminars and courses organised by professional bodies and institutes. The majority of in-house training is held in Hong Kong, though some of the bigger firms run courses at other offices around the region and further overseas. |
