| Abstract | The EU has imposed quantitative restrictions on the imports of some textile products from China not covered by the China/EU Textiles Agreement. From 13 March 1994, the relevant regulation entered into force, and 15 textile products are now subject to quotas (Annex 3). But goods shipped before 13 March 1994 are exempted from the quotas.Like the non-textile regime, the procedures for administering quotas have not yet been agreed. |
