| Abstract | Two cases of Crohn's disease are reported. Both patients are Chinese adolescents, presenting with abdominal pain, diarrhoea and marked weight loss. This report illustrates the difficulty of obtaining early diagnosis for this rare disease, and its confusion with intestinal tuberculosis. |
