| Abstract | Moving into 1995, several positive factors include an agreement on financial arrangements for the airport and consensus with the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group on the issue of land usage for the railway and airport. These and an additional land supply for commercial and residential usage would help stimulate investments and infrastructural works. An additional land supply would also relieve the tight land supply situation, so that we could look forward to a more normal price level for property. |
