| Abstract | There has always been a risk that what is thought to be the right classification will be challenged by Customs authorities, and that at any time it is possible that an official ruling previously given could be overturned. There have, too, often been those confusing situations where, say, the French Customs insist on a different tariff classification from their German counterparts, or the Dutch from the British. |
