Abstract | EU Monitor previously notified three particularly important developments concerning the EU quotas applicable to Chinese textile and non-textile goods, these were: changes to the system of quotas applied to MFA textile goods, a new bilateral agreement between the EU and China aimed at limiting Chinese silk, ramie and linen exports; and revisions to the unilateral quotas imposed by the EU on certain non-textile goods. This article outlines a number of supplementary developments that have arisen. |
