| Abstract | On 13 December 1994 the Securities and Futures Commission lodged two applications with the High Court : one, under Section 45 of the Securities and Futures Commission Ordinance, to wind up MKI Corporation, and the other, under Section 37A of the SFCO, to restrain certain current and former directors and officers of Chesterfield Limited from involvement in the affairs of Chesterfield. |
