| Abstract | Total imports of textiles and clothing in US rose by 9.8%, after rising by 13.8% in 1992. Imports of clothing from China and Hong Kong were slightly down - China supplied 950 million sme in 1992 - and from Taiwan, South Korea and the Philippines were hardly changed, but from the Dominican Republic were sharply up, and from Mexico and Indonesia up to a less extent. |
