| Abstract | Czechoslovakian textile and garment manufacturers are likely to increase exports to the EC under increasingly liberalised quotas. Hong Kong companies could take advantage of these clothing manufacturer's lack of capital and management skills to enter joint venture agreements. This would effectively increase access to EC markets for Hong Kong companies. |
