Abstract108 Hong Kong international managers were interviewed using a structured questionnaire. Analysis of the 10 ethical problems indicated that gifts/favors/entertainment was the most cited ethical problem in terms of frequency and importance. The ethical problem defined as "cultural differences" yielded different results from similar studies conducted in Australia.
