| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Bangkok today. The purpose of the Memorandum is to enhance the protection of investors and to promote the integrity of the securities, futures and options markets by providing a framework for cooperation, increased mutual understanding and the exchange of information to the extent permitted by the laws and practices of Thailand and Hong Kong. |
