| Abstract | It is now an offence to sell foreign lottery tickets in Hongkong and to advertise or promote foreign lotteries in local publications.However, advertisements relating to a foreign lottery in an internationally circulated publication not printed in or produced in Hongkong shall not be considered as promotion and therefore will not be an offence. And Hongkong residents are free to purchase foreign lottery tickets outside the territory. |
