| Abstract | C v C is a case on financial provision on divorce involving a very wealthy couple. This was the first occasion upon which the Court of Appeal was called upon to consider the impact of section 7 of the Matrimonioal Proceedings and Property Ordinance (MPPO) in relation to wealthy parties 'where the usual constraints of insufficiency or of illiquidity of assets do not apply.' |
