| Abstract | Hong Kong is renowned for the variety of its fantastic cuisine and culinary excellence. To further promote Hong Kong as the "Gourmet Capital of Asia", the Hong Kong Tourist Association (HKTA) and Hong Kong Exhibition Services Limited are jointly organising the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 99(HKICC 99) from May 4-7. The event will bring together local and international chefs who through this competition will be able to exchange and develop their culinary skills. |
