| Abstract | Sarcoidosis is rare in the Chinese population and most patients with sarcoidosis present with asymptomatic mediastinal lymphadenopathy. The article reports on a 31-year-old woman who presented with bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and pulmonary infiltration that spontaneously resolved without treatment. It also presents a review of the literature on sarcoidosis among the Hong Kong Chinese population. |
