| Abstract | A 6-day technical visit to Shanghai and the Qinshan Nuclear Power Station during 5 to 10 April 1998 was organized by the Nuclear Division in conjunction with the Hong Kong Radiation Protection Society (HKRPS) with a total of 12 participants. The main purpose of the visit was to establish communication links and foster better relationships with the relevant nuclear and radiation protection organizations in mainland China. Besides visiting the Qinshan Nuclear Power Station and other institutions in Shanghai and Suzhou, the highlight of the trip was a technical exchange seminar held in Shanghai on 6 April 1998 attended by 12 mainland organizations and institutions in the field of nuclear and radiation protection. |
