| Abstract | Fenfluramine and phentermine have been used in combination for management of obesity for years. However, an unusual type of valvular heart disease was found to be associated with these anorectic drugs recently. The article reports the first case in Hong Kong with unexplained valvular changes associated with a history of taking fenfluramine and phentermine alternately. |
