| Abstract | Fever and skin rash are common presentations to Accident and Emergency (A&E) Departments in Hong Kong. Causes are legion and clinical courses are diverse. The article presents a case of non-specific skin rash and systemic upset, for whom after careful history-taking and thorough physical examination, prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment could be achieved. |
