| Abstract | Under a Gencon form voyage charter party concluded on January 12, 1993 the applicant (the shipowner) chartered to the respondent (the charterer) its vessel MV Kallio. Clause 24 of the charter party stipulated that any dispute that might arise, which could not be settled amicably, was to be referred to arbitration in London. |
