| Abstract | The 7th edition of this biennial textile machinery show, will be held on May 27-31 at the Shanghai International Exhibition Centre and the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. The forthcoming show will include, among others, pavilions from Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, France, Britain, the United States (US) and North Carolina and Korea, as well as a European pavilion. A Dyeing and Finishing section will also be set up in the International Exhibition Centre, with strong support from Fong's National Engineering of Hong Kong, Tak Yick, Tong Geng and Jebsen & Company. Some dyeing and finishing companies such as Bestern (Then) of Germany and Itochu Texmac will also be accommodated in the Exhibition Centre, owing to lack of space at the other site. Among the largest stands will be those of Sunkyong, Kolon, Daewoo and Han Wool, all of Korea. About 156 Chinese firms will participate. |
